Two rings for double the fun! This is a very quiet and powerful! The large ring is sturdy with some flexibility. The smaller ring is very flexible to size. The 10 vibration speeds vary from low to high, with pulsing and vibrations in between the various settings. The material is soft and smooth. The larger ring is 3" in diameter and has some smooth ridges. The small ring is 2" in diameter and completely even. The smooth silicone makes cleaning easy. It came in a discreet package, so need to worry about prying eyes. And yes, it's waterproof. I tested it in water.
